Low Carb, Paleo Spaghetti
Ingredients:
1 green Pepper
1 Onion
1 red pepper
1 lb grass fed beef
1 Tbsp. grass fed butter
Real Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Fresh Parsley
Fresh Oregano
Fresh Basil
1 Bay leaf
Garlic as desired
5 whole organic tomatoes
1 can organic tomato paste

Cut in half, core out seeds and bake 1 large spaghetti squash for one hour on 350. Brown onion, red pepper and garlic in one tbsp of grass fed butter in a medium sauce pot. Add the bay leaf, oregano, tomatoes, paste, and water and let it simmer for 10 or 15 minutes covered. Brown the meat in a separate pan. Add the meat to the tomato sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes uncovered to let the sauce thicken. Add chopped fresh parsley or basil right before serving. Scoop spaghetti squash out and on to plates add desired amount of sauce on top. Serve with raw Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast as desired and fresh parsley on top.
