Healing Chocolate Smoothie Recipe
1 cup coconut milk (I like Aroy-D)
3 eggs (optional) (I like these pastured eggs)
1/4 cup cocoa
2 tablespoons resistant starch (optional) or green banana or plantain
1/2 teaspoon stevia (or to taste)
2 tablespoons collagen gelatin (buy here)
1 tablespoon grass fed whey
2 cups ice
1 cup water
pinch of sea salt
Blend everything together until smooth. Pour into a cup and enjoy.
