This Easy Paleo Raspberry Sorbet is a great sugar and dairy free summer treat! And a great way to add gelatin into your diet!
Easy Paleo Raspberry Sorbet
1 cup coconut milk (full fat in a can)
12 oz frozen raspberries (organic is best)
Put everything in the blender except the gelatin.
Pulse until everything is smooth.
You may need to carefully help to stir it if it is too thick.
Pulse a few more times.
Add the gelatin slowly while the blender is going for a few more seconds.
Serve and enjoy!
