Easy Salad Dressing for Two
4 Tbsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar /fresh lemon Juice /Balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp olive oil (many are cheaper ones have vegetable oil mixed in, I recommend this one)
1 Tbsp gluten free mustard
Sea Salt to taste
Ground pepper to taste
2 garlic cloves, minced
Add a few drops liquid Stevia (optional) (Leave off stevia if following 21DSD)
Directions: Whisk together, then toss to coat organic salad greens.
This goes great with some of my Grass Fed Meatballs.
