Dairy Free Alfredo Sauce –

Dairy Free Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients:
1 onion diced
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 can of Native Forest Coconut Milk
16 oz mushrooms sliced
1 garlic clove diced
1-2 Tbsp coconut flour
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in butter for 5 min on medium heat then add mushrooms. When mushrooms are done, add coconut milk until it simmers. Then add coconut flour. Stir with whisk to make sure lumps are gone. Add more if it still thin. Serve immediately over chicken, steak, or spaghetti squash.
