Blueberry Gelatin Gummie Bites
Ingredients:
1 cup filtered water
4 tbsp grass fed gelatin (I use this one)
1 cup coconut milk, full fat canned
1 cup organic blueberries
1 tsp stevia powder concentrate
OR
2 tbsp raw honey
Directions:
Mix the water with the gelatin then pour it into a saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Blend the coconut milk and blueberries in a blender, then add it to the sauce pan.
Add the sweetener to the pan and stir for one minute.
Pour the mixture into silicone gummy shaped pans or greased ice cube trays.
Let the mixture refrigerated for 2 hours until set.
Serve and enjoy!
